Working with the Senior Management and the Managing Director to source investment opportunities which can be located throughout England for overseas clients.
The role requires strong relationship and development skills, to create proactive communication with Estate Agents, Developers and all those that are involved in the sale of new and secondary market residential property.
With a keen eye for an opportunity and the ability to manage a very busy schedule, this person will have experience in a property management position or an estate agent, and will be familiar with the purchase process of residential property.
They will be working to precise budget on behalf of investors and property style specifications for a significant number of clients and must be capable of producing analysis of property condition, sale price comparables, and yield.
The ideal person will will be able to produce a diligent and common sense recommendation for approval and issue to buyers to add to their portfolio.
Those candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills with a property background will be considered as a priority.
Sourcing on and off-market properties. Conducting due diligence on each property.
-Minimum three years property experience (sales or lettings – preferably as a valuer or senior negotiator)
-Strong and professional communication both written and verbal in addition to finely tuned listening skills
-Organisational management for own diary and time management
-Very adaptable to change, we are a growing and evolving business
-Strong relationship management skills to nurture external contacts
-IT – essential Outlook, Excel and ability to adapt to business software.
-Full clean driving license, a pool car is available for all business travel
